ACR-GNY's 25th annual conference, Ex/change: Established Practice and Emerging Ideas, brings together practitioners, educators, and scholars to consider how the conflict resolution community is sustained through the transfer of knowledge and sharing of perspectives between experienced professionals and newer practitioners. The conference aims to foster a community through which we can learn from one another, exchange methods, and collaborate across organizations and disciplines. We'll explore how experienced practitioners can share their insights, how we can adapt our work to today's challenges, and how conflict resolvers can stay relevant in our rapidly changing, interconnected world. Through open conversation and collaborative learning, Ex/change aims to help us reimagine what conflict resolution can be and who we are as professionals.
