Bullying affects children, families, educators, and communities—but conflict doesn’t have to escalate into harm. This interactive session will explore practical conflict resolution strategies professionals can use to help children navigate bullying, strengthen communication, and foster healthier relationships. Through real-world examples, audience participation, and immediately applicable tools, participants will leave better equipped to recognize bullying, respond effectively, and create environments where empathy, accountability, and resilience can thrive.
