Through real-world examples, audience participation, and immediately applicable tools, participants will leave better equipped to recognize bullying, respond effectively, and create environments where empathy, accountability, and resilience can thrive.
Devin C. Tucker is a private attorney/mediator specializing in family, employment, and education disputes. Devin is the Founder of Intentional Resolution, a mediation firm she established in 2022. She currently serves as Director of Outreach & Engagement at the Mediation Center of Los Angeles, where she also instructs the Advanced Mediation Training Program in collaboration with the University of Southern California and teaches communication and cross-cultural mediation through the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s 40-Hour Mediation Training. Devin began her mediation career working alongside renowned mediator Jeff Krivis on high-stakes cases, including California’s largest employment verdict to date, and is a frequent writer and speaker on civil rights and the role of ADR in advancing access to justice. She has a particular focus on education mediation as it relates to bullying and its impact on youth.
